Dr Alex Ginzburg hosted the 1^st ISHRS sponsored Mediterranean Workshop in Tel Aviv, Israel in November 2009. The workshop was held over 2 days featuring morning lectures followed by surgery demonstrations in the afternoons.

Dr Farjo was invited to lecture on megasessions as well as pre and post operative instructions. His surgery involvement included donor harvesting and recipient sites in a young man with frontal hair loss.
