Back in 1993, a friend mentioned that he had read a newspaper article about the work of Dr Farjo in the field of hair loss. At the time I was rapidly losing my hair and thought it would be worth approaching him. 

He sorted my hair out and we got on well and discussed the possibility of me working with him in some capacity.  

He was a busy doctor who needed someone he could trust to liase with patients and help with what he termed as the nuts and bolts of his practice. People who know me know that my DIY capabilities are practically zero but I'd like to think I am honest, trustworthy and will always put the needs of others as my main priority.  

I am what you could call the link between the doctors and the patients outside of the surgery room. This can be from dealing with simple emails, phone enquiries, making appointments to helping with brochure design, newsletter ideas and media opportunities.
